I know I'm a bit late with submitting my christmas stuff but maybe you can get some inspiration for this year's christmas presents. 
It took me two evenings for each snowman/Santa and turned out to be a nice present for the family.
I found the pattern for Santa Claus in a free magazine from a german supermarket and I got the basic idea for the snowman from this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PLuS_… but in the end I made up my own pattern.
